Play-based family coaching helps parents and caregivers connect with their neurodivergent child through strengths-based, play-centered strategies.
Coaching focuses on building regulation, connection, and confidence without relying on compliance-based techniques.

What our sessions might look like together
Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and parent-led.
Typical session activities may include:
› Observing parent-child interactions and routines
› Teaching co-regulation and calming strategies
› Exploring play techniques to strengthen connection
› Developing strategies to increase engagement and fun
Rates & Payment
Rates
$200 for the initial 60-minute assessment
$150 per 50-minute follow-up session

Payments are completed online
Coverage
This service is coaching, not occupational therapy. Due to this, it is fee-for-service (private pay) only and cannot be submitted and/or reimbursed by insurance.
