Self-Regulation Pediatric Occupational Therapy
The foundation of everything is regulation.
Pediatric occupational therapy focused on regulation helps children build skills so they can access learning, play, and daily routines more effectively.
Sessions focus on learning self-regulation skills through a nervous system and sensory processing lens. We then create individualized strategies for success at home, school, and play.
Offering virtual across MD and mobile outpatient (in-home) therapy in the greater Baltimore area
What our sessions might look like together
Sessions are fun, hands-on, and often incorporate play as a tool for regulation and learning.
Sessions May Include:
› Practicing strategies for managing emotions and behaviors
› Creating predictable routines for home and school
› Coaching families on how to support regulation and transitions
› Exploring sensory tools and calming strategies
Rates & Payment
Rates
Initial evaluation: $250 for 60 minutes
Standard Session: $180 per 50 minute session
Payment
Payments are completed online
Coverage
Everyday Ease OT is billed on a fee-for-service (private pay) basis only
We will provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement
