Occupational Therapy and Coaching | Virtual and In-Person Sessions

You’re not a problem to be fixed.

You might just be living in a world that wasn’t built for you.

I’m Kailey, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m an occupational therapist providing mobile outpatient (in-home) services in the greater Baltimore area and virtual services across Maryland focused on one core goal: helping people access their daily lives. Whether barriers are physical, sensory, or rooted in regulation, I support adults and children in building routines for grooming, dressing, hygiene, play, and connection that actually work for their bodies and brains.

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, practical, and rooted in dignity. I don’t believe in forcing independence or compliance. I believe in creating accessible systems, supportive environments, and sustainable strategies so daily life feels more manageable, and more yours.

    Adult Occupational Therapy

Support with grooming, dressing, hygiene, and home routines when physical, executive functioning, or sensory barriers make daily life harder than it should be. Together, we build accessible systems that increase independence in ways that are sustainable and realistic.

    Adult Sensory Processing Support

Build awareness of your sensory profile and learn how to adapt your environment, routines, and expectations so your nervous system works with you, not against.

    Play Based Family Coaching

Learn how to connect and co-regulate with your neurodivergent child through strengths-based, play-centered strategies that prioritize safety and relationship over compliance.
